BundleShelf ("BundleShelf," "we," "us," or "our") provides digital-product organization, showcase, marketplace, checkout, and related services.

These Terms of Service explain the rules governing your use of bundleshelf.store, including creating showcases, connecting Google Drive, listing digital products, selling products, using checkout, and receiving seller payouts.

By accessing or using BundleShelf, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

BundleShelf is a digital-product organization, showcase, and marketplace service designed to help sellers transform digital product collections, including Google Drive folders, into organized, browsable digital-product libraries.

BundleShelf may provide features including:

BundleShelf may facilitate transactions between sellers and customers.

ℹ️

Marketplace role. BundleShelf provides the technology and infrastructure that may allow sellers to showcase and sell digital products. Sellers remain responsible for the products they list, their descriptions, pricing, intellectual property rights, and compliance with applicable laws.

02 Beta Service

BundleShelf is currently provided as a beta service.

During the beta period:

Some features may change.
Some features may be added or removed.
The Service may occasionally experience downtime or errors.
Features may not always work perfectly.
We may modify the Service as we improve it.
Certain features may be subject to usage limits.
Marketplace, checkout, payment, and payout functionality may be modified as the Service evolves.
We may introduce, modify, or discontinue paid plans, transaction fees, subscription fees, or additional features in the future.

Beta functionality. Marketplace and payment functionality may change during the beta period. We do not guarantee that any particular feature, payment method, payout method, or marketplace functionality will remain available indefinitely.

03 Marketplace Sales & Fees

BundleShelf may allow sellers to list and sell digital products through the Service.

BundleShelf Platform Fee

For transactions processed through BundleShelf, BundleShelf currently charges sellers a 5% platform commission on the applicable transaction amount.

💰

5% BundleShelf commission. The 5% platform commission is BundleShelf's marketplace fee. It is separate from any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Payment Processing Fees

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Third-party payment providers may charge:

Percentage-based transaction fees
Fixed transaction fees
Currency-conversion fees
Chargeback fees
Refund-related fees
Other payment-processing charges

Payment-processing fees are separate. Any fees charged by a third-party payment processor may be deducted from the transaction amount or seller payout in addition to the 5% BundleShelf platform commission. BundleShelf does not control the fee structure of third-party payment providers and is not responsible for changes to their fees.

Changes to Fees

We may change BundleShelf's platform commission, payment-related fees, or other marketplace fees in the future. If we make a material change to the fees applicable to sellers, we may provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Unless otherwise stated, changes will apply to transactions occurring after the applicable fee change becomes effective.

Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for setting accurate product prices and ensuring that their products comply with applicable laws and regulations. Sellers are also responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or other financial obligations arising from their sales, except where BundleShelf is legally required to collect or remit such amounts.

04 Checkout & Payments

BundleShelf may provide checkout functionality that allows customers to purchase digital products from sellers.

By using BundleShelf checkout functionality, sellers authorize BundleShelf and applicable payment-processing providers to process transactions associated with their products.

Payment availability may depend on:

Seller eligibility
Account status
Payment-provider requirements
Geographic location
Identity or business verification
Supported currencies
Supported payment methods
Other applicable requirements

BundleShelf does not guarantee that every payment method, currency, country, or payment provider will always be available.

We may restrict, delay, cancel, or review transactions where reasonably necessary to:

Prevent fraud
Investigate suspicious activity
Comply with legal obligations
Address security concerns
Protect BundleShelf
Protect sellers or customers
Comply with payment-provider requirements

Payment security. Payment information may be handled directly by third-party payment processors. BundleShelf does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card information.

05 Seller Payouts

Sellers may be eligible to receive payouts from completed transactions after applicable BundleShelf fees, payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, reserves, and other applicable adjustments.

Payout timing may depend on the applicable payment provider and its requirements.

Payout timing. BundleShelf does not guarantee a specific payout time where payout processing is controlled by a third-party payment provider.

We may delay or withhold payouts where reasonably necessary to:

Investigate suspected fraud
Investigate disputed transactions
Address chargebacks
Comply with legal or regulatory requirements
Protect against payment-related losses
Resolve account or transaction issues
Comply with payment-provider requirements

06 Refunds, Disputes & Chargebacks

Sellers are responsible for the digital products they sell and for maintaining accurate product descriptions.

Where applicable, customers may request refunds or dispute transactions in accordance with the applicable refund policy, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.

BundleShelf may reverse or deduct amounts from a seller's available balance or future payouts when a transaction is:

Refunded
Charged back
Reversed
Disputed
Determined to be fraudulent
Otherwise invalidated

If a seller's account has insufficient funds to cover a refund, chargeback, reversal, or other amount owed to BundleShelf, the seller remains responsible for the outstanding amount.

Chargebacks. Chargebacks and payment reversals may result in deductions from a seller's available balance or future payouts, including applicable fees imposed by payment providers.

BundleShelf may establish additional marketplace refund or dispute policies as the Service evolves.

07 Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms to use BundleShelf.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BundleShelf complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you.

If you use BundleShelf on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Sellers may also be required to satisfy additional requirements imposed by payment providers or applicable law.

08 Your Account

BundleShelf currently uses Google Sign-In for authentication.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your Google account.
Keeping your account credentials secure.
All activity occurring through your BundleShelf account.
Providing accurate information.
Not sharing your account in a way that compromises its security.

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Sellers may also be required to provide additional information for:

09 Google Drive Integration

BundleShelf may connect to your Google Drive to organize and display information associated with your digital products.

You authorize BundleShelf to access the Google Drive information necessary to provide the requested functionality.

Read-Only Guarantee

BundleShelf is designed to use this information in a read-only manner. We do not intentionally:

Delete your files.
Move your files.
Rename your files.
Modify your original files.

Original files remain in your Google Drive. BundleShelf's organization and showcase functionality does not transfer ownership of your original files. The original files remain in your Google Drive. You remain responsible for maintaining backups of your files.

BundleShelf does not guarantee that Google Drive or Google's APIs will always be available or compatible with the Service.

10 Your Content

You retain ownership of the digital products, files, images, text, branding, and other content that you provide or make available through BundleShelf (“Your Content”).

By using BundleShelf, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, display, reproduce, and technically transmit Your Content only as necessary to provide and operate the Service.

This may include:

Reading file metadata.
Processing information for AI organization.
Generating previews.
Displaying files through your public showcase.
Delivering digital products or previews to customers when your configuration allows it.
Creating technical copies or cached representations necessary for the Service.
Processing content for security, fraud prevention, and technical operations.

This license ends when the relevant content is removed from the Service, except where retention is necessary for legitimate technical, legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or operational purposes.

You retain ownership. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your digital products or other content to BundleShelf.

11 Public Showcases

BundleShelf allows you to create publicly accessible digital-product showcases.

When you publish a showcase, information you intentionally make public may be accessible to anyone with the showcase URL.

Depending on the content you publish, this may include:

Public means public. Do not publish confidential, private, copyrighted, or otherwise sensitive information in a public showcase unless you have the rights and authorization to make that information publicly accessible. You are responsible for the information you intentionally publish through a public showcase.

12 Digital Products & Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for the digital products they list or sell through BundleShelf.

Sellers represent and warrant that:

They own or have sufficient rights to sell and distribute their products.
Their products do not knowingly infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
Their products comply with applicable laws.
Their product descriptions and pricing are accurate.
Their products do not contain malicious software.
Their products do not contain unlawful or prohibited material.
They have the necessary rights to use any third-party content included in their products.
They have the necessary rights to deliver the products to customers.

BundleShelf does not guarantee the:

Quality of products
Accuracy of product descriptions
Legality of products
Originality of products
Usefulness of products
Compatibility of products
Availability of products

Seller responsibility. BundleShelf provides marketplace infrastructure but does not take ownership of seller products. BundleShelf may remove, restrict, suspend, or disable products that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create legal, security, fraud, or operational risks.

13 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BundleShelf to:

Violate any law or regulation.
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
Distribute stolen or unauthorized digital products.
Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious software.
Upload or distribute illegal content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
Circumvent security measures.
Abuse API endpoints or application infrastructure.
Attempt to overload or disrupt the Service.
Scrape the Service in a way that creates excessive load.
Create accounts for fraudulent purposes.
Abuse free or beta resources.
Use the Service to facilitate fraud or scams.

Manipulate transactions, reviews, rankings, analytics, or marketplace systems.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

14 Intellectual Property

BundleShelf and its original software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, code, and other materials are owned by or licensed to BundleShelf.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not:

Reverse engineer the Service.
Reproduce BundleShelf's branding.
Sell or redistribute the BundleShelf platform.
Create a substantially similar service using proprietary BundleShelf materials.
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of BundleShelf intellectual property to you.

15 AI Organization

BundleShelf may use artificial intelligence to organize and classify information associated with your files.

AI-generated classifications and categories may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing the organization and presentation of your content before sharing a showcase publicly or selling a product.

BundleShelf does not guarantee that AI-generated:

Descriptions
Classifications
Recommendations
Other AI-generated outputs

will always be correct or suitable for your intended purpose.

16 File Previews

BundleShelf may provide previews for supported file types.

Preview functionality may depend on:

File format
File size
Browser compatibility
Third-party services
Available processing resources
Google Drive availability
Technical limitations

We do not guarantee that every file will be previewable.

BundleShelf integrates with or relies on third-party services, which may include:

We do not guarantee that:

The Service will always be available.
The Service will always be error-free.
AI classifications will always be accurate.
Google Drive integrations will always function.
Payment processing will always be available.
Payouts will always occur within a specific timeframe.
Digital product previews will always function.
Marketplace products will generate sales.
Customers will purchase your products.
The Service will meet your particular business expectations.

You use the Service at your own risk.

23 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BundleShelf and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, profits, data, business opportunities, or digital products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

24 Your Responsibility for Your Content

You are solely responsible for the content you connect to, upload, list, sell, or publish through BundleShelf.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to:

Use your content.
Store it in Google Drive where applicable.
Display it through BundleShelf.
Sell or distribute it where applicable.
Deliver it to customers where applicable.
Grant BundleShelf the rights described in these Terms.

We may remove or restrict access to content when appropriate. Sellers may be required to respond to copyright complaints or provide information demonstrating their rights to distribute disputed content.
